Cancellation & Refund Policy – Flashmob Nation India

At Flashmob Nation, we aim to deliver a seamless shopping experience for all customers across India. Please review our cancellation and refund terms below.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer care team immediately at info@flashmobnation.com.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Damaged item on arrival

 

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • A return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@flashmobnation.in with your order number and issue details.

  2. Our team will review and arrange a pickup if the case qualifies.

  3. Once the product is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after inspection approval.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Innerwear

  • Socks

  • Accessories

  • Sale / discounted items

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for size issues, if the requested size is in stock.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
